Step 1:-  On Test registration page Click on ( + ) button

Step 2 :-  Click on add Ref. Doctor button 

Step 3:- Add Dr. Name & Degree , Mobile Number , Email Address and Click on Save button

Adding Mobile Number and Email ID is essential where we can send the report directly from application to reference doctor.
