1 - Hide Short Registration Button - Clicking on this menu you can adjust Short button

2 - Hide Full Registration Button - Clicking on this menu you can adjust detailed button 

3 - Default Short Registration - Ones you select the Default Short Registration your registration form display like given below 

4 - Optional Last Name - Clicking on this menu last name will be not mandatory on registration form 

5 - Default Short Registration with Photo Upload - Clicking this option you can add photo upload option on registration form 

6 - Show Address Block on Short Registration  - This menu will hide address segment from registration form
