There are 2 methods to add service rates - 

Step 1 - Select Configuration from the Menu

Step 2 - Select Service Structure & ''Click'' on Service Rate   

Step 4 - Select Tariff and Click on search button.

Step 5 - Enter Rates and Save.

2) When you are editing service go to the Service Rate tab -

After adding new service or modifying a service you can set the service rate/ price.
