Step 1 - Click on menu select Configuration

Step 2 - Select Organisation Setting and select Report Header Template

Step 3 - Edit Template > Save
​You will get word like editor to add templates.

Report Header Template is the module to edit the heading as per requirement
we can edit Pathology center name, Address, contact number.
